Terms of Service

Welcome to SafeCut Hacienda Heights Tree Care. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or hiring us for tree services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SafeCut Hacienda Heights Tree Care provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related arborist services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the work is unsafe, illegal, or outside our scope of expertise.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if we discover additional work needed, unexpected hazards, or conditions different from the initial assessment.

You will be notified of any price changes before we proceed with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will do our best to arrive during your scheduled time window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring pets are secured, vehicles are moved from work areas, and we have clear access to trees and equipment staging areas.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves inherent risks. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to lawns, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by falling branches from diseased or unstable trees.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by your city or county for tree removal or trimming. We can provide guidance, but the responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with you.

Debris and Cleanup

Our standard service includes removing all tree debris and branches from your property. Wood chips and mulch may be left on-site unless you request complete removal. Additional fees may apply for hauling away all materials.

Insurance and Liability

SafeCut Hacienda Heights Tree Care maintains appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, pre-existing tree conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. If you experience any issues related to our work, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

This warranty does not cover damage from weather events, pest infestations, or natural tree decline unrelated to our services.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly at (626) 501-3979 or support@haciendaheightstreeservice.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
